1. Customers are responsible to check the pockets of all the clothes given for laundry. If any valuable left company is not responsible.

2. We will try to remove the stains as much as possible but it is not guaranteed that 100% stains will be removed.

3. If any damages during the stain removal we are not responsible.

4. We are not responsible for the colour bleeding and breakage of buttons while cleaning. As it happens due to the age and quality of the clothes.

5. In case of unplanned power shutdown or machine failure etc., the clothes will be delivered bit delay.

6. The clothes should be claimed once it is ready if incase not picked up for 60 days from the date of receipt the company reserve the rights to dispose

7. Old and damaged clothes will not be accepted for laundry.

8. During the rainy season and winter the delivery time may be delayed based on the climate.
